Destination weddings are what we do most, and what we do best. We're not a general agency that also books weddings — this is the core of Krafty Travel.
From your first venue conversation to your last guest's flight home, we manage the resort contracts, room blocks, guest communication, and a hundred details that don't show up on anyone's Pinterest board until they're missing.
How It Works
1. The Discovery Call We start with a conversation about your vision, your guest count, your budget range, and the kind of week you actually want — beach ceremony, all-inclusive resort, something smaller and more private. This call also covers our $500 planning fee and what it includes.
2. Destination & Resort Selection We narrow down resorts based on your guest count, budget, and style, and walk you through what's realistic for your timeline.
3. The Dual Contract Your wedding involves two separate agreements: one with the resort for the ceremony and reception, and one for your guest room block. We manage both, so you're not left decoding contracts on your own.
4. Civil vs. Symbolic Ceremony Getting legally married abroad involves paperwork most couples don't expect. We walk you through whether a legal civil ceremony at the destination makes sense, or whether a symbolic ceremony (with your marriage license handled separately, often at home beforehand) is the better fit — and explain exactly what that means for your timeline and guest experience.
5. Your Custom Wedding Website Every couple gets a dedicated wedding travel page for guests — booking details, room options, deadlines, and answers to the questions guests always ask, in one place instead of forty text threads.
6. Wedding Week We stay on top of logistics through the week itself, so if something needs adjusting, it gets handled without it becoming your problem on your wedding day.

Most couples start 12–18 months out. We've planned weddings on shorter timelines, and occasionally couples come to us as early as 2 years out, though that's less common.

Yes. We create a custom wedding travel page for your guests with room options, deadlines, and booking details — or if you already have your own wedding website, we can link ours into it so your guests get both in one place.
From there, guests book directly through a secure booking link or form we set up for your wedding, so they can reserve their spot and pay deposits without needing to call or email back and forth. We manage the room block reservations and any transfer logistics for the group behind the scenes.

We've worked with everything from an intimate elopement (just the two of you) up to weddings with 125 guests. Most fall under 50 guests, but there's no hard limit — we'll work with whatever size fits your vision.

Personal and hands-on. You'll have direct access to us throughout the process — not a call center, not a rotating cast of reps. We answer questions quickly, we're available to your guests too, and we've been doing this long enough to know which questions couples don't think to ask until it's too late to fix.
