You agree that you have reviewed the reservation and all guests full names and dates of birth match your passport exactly.

You understand that all payments submitted are via a PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION, not a live payment. Krafty Destination Weddings will process the payment to your reservation during business hours, M-F 9:30am-5:30pm.

All Inclusive Stay Pricing (Land Only)

We have secured a group travel rate with the resort for our guests. Minimum 4 night stay is required.

*Airfare and ground transportation NOT included. 

• Closest airport is Cancun International Airport (CUN)

Room Rates

• Room rates are quoted in US dollars, All inclusive (based on double occupancy). Rates are for Accommodation only.

• Additional charges may apply for extra guests.

• All reservations into this room block must be made directly with Krafty Destination Weddings via Classic Vacations. Room rates are based on a special event room block contract.

• Room assignment will be subject to hotel availability. Specific bedding types are not guaranteed.

• Group rates are valid with the minimum requirements of of FOUR (4) nights.

• Any request for early arrival and extended departures will be subject to availability.

• Any rooms requested outside of the room block dates or category will be subject to availability and rate at time of request.

• Rates include current Hotel & Government taxes and are subject to change without notice.

Tax Details

Riviera Maya & Cancun area Eco Tax (SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE)

The government of the Municipality of Benito Juarez Quintana Roo has added an Environmental Tax, which is the payment for the environmental sanitation right, applicable to all visitors per room per night. Tax of 33.00 Mexican pesos – 79.19 Mexican pesos, (approx. $1.92 USD - $4.41 USD) per room, per night determined by each individual property. This tax will have to be paid directly at the Destination. The tax will take effect on February 1, 2025.

Departure Tax for Quintana ROO Cancun and Cozumel airports

We would like to inform you that as of April 1, 2021, the state of Quintana Roo will be requiring all foreign tourists to pay a tax of $244 Mexican pesos (around $11-15 USD). 
The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during the stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. Visitors will have the option to accesshttp://visitax.gob.mx/, where they will complete a brief questionnaire and make the payment. 
 The VISITAX form will request the following information: 

• Number of people traveling

• Name, age, and passport number of each individual

• Departure date

Every tourist departing the state of Quintana Roo must show their proof of payment at the airport prior to boarding.

• January 3- February 3, 2027, A penalty of 20% will apply to the cancelled room nights.

• February 4 - March 3, 2027, A penalty of 40% will apply to the cancelled room nights.

• After March 4, 2027, Cancellation and No Shows will incur a penalty of 100%.

By declining to purchase travel insurance you fully understand that your travel agent is not liable or responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of cancellation or interruption, emergency medical and transportation, baggage and personal effects, flight and travel accident, and/ or rental car physical damage. You acknowledge you have been informed of the cancellation policies for our travel services and have been made aware of the benefits of travel protection.  Policy pricing is based on the age of traveler and cost of trip.  If the trip price changes, the policy premium may be affected.   All passengers on the reservation must make same insurance decision.

Moreover, I understand that should I elect to purchase travel insurance, the terms of the policy will dictate whether, and to what extent, coverage for any financial loss may exist under the circumstances. By signing, I hereby agree to hold this travel agency harmless and release it from any and all liability for any damages, including but not limited to monetary losses, I may incur as a result of such interruption or cancellation of these travel plans.
