Outstanding Experience

We had an outstanding experience working with Sarah Krafty and Krafty Travel. We were part of a group of more than 60 people that took a cruise to Key West, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel. Fantastic Agent and Great Trip!

Our group trips typically start at a minimum of 10 rooms to qualify for group rates and coordination. From there, the size is really up to you — we've worked with groups both modest and large.
There's a booking window with a clear cutoff and final payment date, though the exact timing depends on the type of group trip. We'll let you know the specific deadlines once we're planning your trip.
It depends on the trip type. Escorted tours and European group trips typically follow one shared itinerary for everyone. Caribbean all-inclusive groups tend to have more flexibility — travelers can often choose their own room category or length of stay within the group.

Yes. We can set up customized payment plans for your guests, so they're not stuck paying their full trip cost upfront.
Each traveler is responsible for their own reservation payments. In some cases, the group leader pays an initial deposit to secure the group space, which is then transferred to individual travelers' reservations once they book.
