In most cases, yes — we can set up a payment plan for your trip. How much time you have before travel affects what's possible; trips booked closer to the travel date may need to be paid in full upfront.

It depends on the trip. Simpler getaways can come together with less lead time, but bigger or pricier trips are worth booking 6–18 months out, both to spread out payments and to lock in availability. A couple of practical notes: airfare typically isn't published until about 11 months before travel, and certain cruises or high travel seasons need to be booked even further ahead.
For most trips — simple getaways, standard bookings — there's no planning fee. For complex, multi-country, or highly custom itineraries, a fee may apply, typically $150–$500 depending on the trip. We'll always confirm the amount with you before any work begins.
