Our 1st trip to Disney World!

Jodi helped us plan our 1st visit to Disney World! She made the planning process easy. It was great to have someone lead us in every step of the way. I am not sure what i would have done without her!! She also gave us plenty of great tips for the trip and provided us with several great resources. Her communication was A+++. Once in a Lifetime Trip!

We wanted to plan an epic Disney trip for our three kids but had zero interest in doing all the nitty gritty planning ourselves. From the beginning, Jodi was very receptive to my constant emails and text messages! She mapped out our whole 7 day vacation- booked our rooms, our dining and our fast passes. When I asked for recommendations, she always had a list. Before our trip, she gave us a packet of information to take with us that was so helpful (including recommendations of where to eat and how to get different places- AND a medical information sheet that came in very handy when our youngest got an ear infection). The week we were on property Jodi was invaluable. She was a quick text away and always answered in a timely manner- even though it was Christmas week. Our kids had the trip of a lifetime and can't stop talking about it. We never would have been able to pull it off without Jodi's help. I would use her over and over and over again without hesitation. Being Disney veterans, we knew going into our trip what we wanted for the most part. Typically no — our standard trip planning at no extra cost to you. A modest fee may apply only for unusually complex bookings, like multi-park trips, tricky dining reservations or Disney vacations bundled with a cruise.
Anywhere from 6 months to a year, and earlier is better if you're traveling during a holiday or a special park event — securing your resort and room early matters most. Once that's locked in, we'll help you navigate the timelines for dining reservations and other park bookings as they open up.

Park strategy, dining reservations, and room requests are easy to get wrong on your own — a few missed windows can mean less time in the parks and less availability for the extras that make the trip special. We stay on top of ongoing changes so you don't have to.
